Surgical nursing is a clinical nursing discipline that describes and studies holistic nursing for patients with surgical diseases. It includes the basic theory of medicine, the basic theory of surgery, the basic theory and technology of nursing, and the knowledge of humanities, social sciences, such as nursing psychology, nursing ethics and sociology. The target population of surgical nursing research includes patients with trauma, infection, tumor, deformity, obstruction and dysfunction, under the guidance ofthe concept of modern medical and nursing care, centered in human health, provide the overall nursing based on the patient's physical and mental health and social needs of family culture, in order to promote health, disease prevention, assist rehabilitation and relive pain.
