《护士人文修养》课程共32学时，1.5学分，开设于护理本科生入学的第一学年，本课程作为护理专业的一门人文素质教育课程，着重阐述护理工作中所需要的职业道德修养、文化修养、社会修养、美学修养、科学思维修养、人际关系修养等。通过学习，使学生初步了解与护理密切相关的人文领域知识，提高护生的文化品位和审美情趣，进而逐步领悟护理工作的人文内涵及在护理实践中应用人文知识的能力，培养学生良好的人文精神和职业态度。本课程重点在于使学生树立“以人为本”的整体护理观，自觉运用将人文关怀精神指导护理实践。本课程难点在于将抽象的人文学科理论与护理实践紧密结合。

Humanity Culture of Nurses is an introductory course of Nursing professional. It applies sociology, cultural studies, aesthetic, interpersonal theory for nursing. The purpose of this course is to train essential Humanity Culture diathesis as qualified nurses. This is an undergraduate course of nursing. Total time is 32 hours of credit. Units of credit are1.5. Studying this course make the students know basic theory and knowledge of literae humaniores, grasp the methods of advancing Humanity Culture.
