1.Yes, I quite approve of this viewpoint.As the saying goes "no one is nobler than others at birth".  Everyone is the same as they came into the world, as for diverse color, we should know that it's the result of long-term climate selection. Thus we don't have right to discriminate people who have different color from us at all.

2.Normally, those people who have racial prejudice hold the view that they are nobler than other races.The main cause of this phenomenon is that they have no idea of other races' culture. Besieds, family education is aslo important. Therefore, we could make this wish come true by having some insight into other races' culture and educate our children that everyone is equal from childhood.
